Donna Jakubovitz Spector has been the Vice President of Joremi Enterprises, Inc. for the last 20 years. Prior to her work at Joremi, she was a Senior Manager in the Management Consultant Services department of BDO, an international audit, tax and consulting firm. Donna lives in New York City and has a B.S. in Finance and an M.B.A. in Management from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
Evan Schwartz, President, has been employed at Joremi Enterprises since 1991. His real estate experience at Joremi includes multi-family residential buildings, commercial properties, land development, Caribbean hotel ownership and US operations, and asset-based financing. Prior to Joremi he produced television commercials and industrial videos. Evan lives in New York City.

Keith Franca is currently Managing Director of Priority Resource Management & Consultants, a Management consulting firm since 2011. His background spans three decades in senior management positions such as Director of Personnel, General Manager and Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director in Resort Hotels, the Port of St. Maarten and the St. Maarten Development Fund. Keith has been a resident of St. Maarten since 1975 and was raised and educated on Curacao, Dutch Caribbean. He is active in Real Estate and Business development on St. Maarten, Saba and St. Eustatius (the BES Islands).
Bruce B. Jakubovitz is an entrepreneur with a diverse background that includes direct and online marketing, Caribbean hotel ownership and operations, and management consulting to educational, cultural and not-for-profit organizations. Bruce currently serves as a Mentor with SCORE Westchester and is on the Executive Board of Chabad of Bedford, NY and Chabad of St. Maarten. He is Past President of The Bronx High School of Science Endowment Fund, Inc., and a former Executive Board Member of AJC, Westchester Division. Bruce lives in Westchester County, NY, with his wife Julie of 38 years, and has three adult sons, two daughters in law and one granddaughter.
